Huntington Ingalls Industries (Camber Corporation) provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.

HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of AIR Operations Center (AOC) Training Management: SCIF at Shaw, AFB, SC **.** This position is **contingent** upon contract award.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities required of all personnel within this position. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon assignments and other factors.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Works in coordination with the 609th AOC Det 1 Chief of Training to assess training program requirements for positions within the Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) divisions in support of operations and exercises at USAFCENT AOC.

+ Provide assistance to improve, edit, and author training material required to support the AOC Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Mission Qualification Training (MQT) conducted by USAFCENT. Review current and future training and exercise plans, Air Force instructions, and joint publications with the purpose of making recommendations on improving them as well as incorporating them into unit training programs.

+ Provide system performance assessments in support of positional verification and validation processes for new AOC systems and upgrades. Provide feedback on AOC processes and functions in the operations, plans, strategy, and ISR divisions when requested by AOC leadership.

+ Provide support to USAFCENT directed exercises held at 609 AOC Det 1. This support includes the following responsibilities: AOC refresher training, subject matter expertise to USAFCENT specific Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), assistance with scenario development, and provide feedback to seat position performance during the exercises.

+ Provide trainer support for the In-Unit Initial Qualification Training (IUIQT) and MQT programs at the 609th AOC. These training classes are designed to support AOC personnel achieving combat mission ready certification. This includes both permanently assigned personnel, National Guard and Reserve personnel supporting the USAFCENT AOC, and Airmen deploying for operational assignment at the AOC. There will be approximately ten MQT classes per year, two of which will be geared towards National Guard (NGB) members that are already Combat Mission Ready (CMR). Trainer assessments will occur at least annually for the CMR seat position to ensure the trainers are teaching IAW ACCI36-2250 paragraph 2.4.2. All contractors will be certified to train a minimum of one AOC CMR position. In addition, there will be up to twelve IUIQT classes scheduled to support personnel unable to attend formal IQT training at Hurlburt Field. These classes will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.

+ Work in coordination with the 609th AOC Det 1 Chief of Training to schedule approximately 350 students annually to attend MQT conducted at Shaw AFB.

+ Assist with ensuring system readiness for 609 AOC Det 1 weapons suite for expanded operations and USAFCENT directed exercises by providing system testing support to help ensure a fully mission capable weapon suite. In addition, provide subject matter expertise to support Det 1's portion to the USAFCENT plan for reach back operations.

+ Serve as SCIF Assistant Manager / Contractor Special Security Representative (CSSR) for 609 AOC Det 1. Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the SCIF and its equipment/services, ensuring compliance with DoDM 5105.21 and IC 700 series, and local security publications, using Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) or other system of record to manage facility access and validate clearances of assigned and visitingpersonnel. Assist with developing and administering a robust Security, Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program, indoctrination and network account paperwork for assigned SCIF personnel, and opening/closing the facility during normal work hours.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

+ Minimum of five years' experience in security related areas to include 2 years' experience managing a SCIF or Special Access Program Facility (SAPF).

+ Experience with JPAS or Scattered Castles security management systems.

+ Experience with VC Wizard EZ scheduler for Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) video teleconference scheduling.

+ Experience with Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 700 series publications, and DoDM 5102.21 and 5200.1 series publications.

+ Completion of Defense Security Service SCI Refresher course and Temporary SCIF training within the past five years.

+ Minimum of six years' experience of military service.

+ Minimum of three years' experience in an AOC or one year experience in the USAFCENT AOC.

+ Minimum of one years' experience as an instructor/trainer in a military organization or courseware development.

+ Minimum of one years' experience using Microsoft Office suite.


+ US Citizenship required

+ Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport

+ Candidate must possess TS/SCI Clearance

+ All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
